The process for disabling/enabling your RBLs (Realtime Black Lists) within your cPanel/WHM installation only takes a moment. Please follow the step-by-step directions outlined below for your convenience:

  • Login to your WHM (Web Host Manager)
  • Next, go under the "Service Configuration"
  • Once located, please click on the "Exim Configuration Manager" link
  • Next, while under "Basic Editor" tab click on the "RBLs" sub-tab
  • Then, please ENABLE the following RBLs:

    RBL: bl.spamcop.net
    RBL: zen.spamhaus.org

  • Once ready, simply click "Save" to apply the changes!

Should you have any further questions pertaining to your cPanel license, please feel free to get in contact the LicenseCube Support team for additional assistance.

There are lot more RBLs for cpanel based hosting server so they need to be added by cPanel programmers in future to protect your hosting customer‘s email better.

We like to see a lot more RBLs by default in cPanel. It is a good hosting control panel though. Frequent updates.

Saving our servers from SPAM with RBLs, RDNS and spamassasin. We almost filtered all the spam coming daily.

We are using spamcop and spamhaus so far and this is stopping more than 90% of the spam attempts to the email server. Cannot imagine email server without RBL support :)

Some additional RBLs can be added in cPanel server manually via SSH and Exim should be rebuild. Spamhaus is one example of good RBL.

You can add a lot more accurate RBLs via SSH but this needs to be done manually for the cPanel servers.
