How do I update my WHMCS license within the WHMCS admin panel?

The process for updating the WHMCS license key is quite easy and can be done in a few easy to follow steps. Please see the step–by-step directions outlined below for your convenience:

  • Login to your WHMCS Admin Area
  • Upon login, you should see a licensing error box
  • Next, locate and click on "Got a new license key?"
  • Input your WHMCS username/password and license key
  • When ready, simply click "Change License Key"

It is called WHMCS license reissuing and it is needed almost every time you change the folder or sub-domain where is the WHMCW installation.
