Hosting WHMCS on a cloud hosting environment is slightly different than that of a regular hosting environment. This is because cloud hosting providers don’t have static IP addresses assigned to users (in some cases) and that clashes with the traditional WHMCS licensing model.

To resolve the aforementioned issues that you might be facing with your WHMCS license issues, please follow the step-by-step directions outlined below:

  • Please go to the contact us section of our website
  • Fill in all the relevant information needed
  • Next, indicate that you need to host your WHMCS on cloud hosting
  • Finally, click the "Submit Form" button

Once you have completed the above-mentioned process, you should receive an automated email with a ticket number. You may use this ticket number when getting in contact with our support team to track the issue.

If you have any further questions pertaining to your WHMCS license, please feel free to get in contact with our web hosting support team for additional assistance.

Cloud hosting and cloud VPS is very common in 2012 so well done for WHMCS offering this option. And Licensecube for their ability to offer instant WHMCS license activation.

Installing WHMCS on cloud shared or VPS hosting should not be a problem. I do not see with valid WHMCS license why it should be ?

Really interesting to know, do not buy cloud hosting before you read this article. Otherwise may result into useless WHMCS installation.
