While the process for installing CloudLinux on your server might be easy, we do suggest following our step-by-step directions, to ensure that it is installed correctly. Please see below for more information on how to complete this process.

  • Login you Parallels Plesk server via SSH
  • Next, run the following command via Linux:

    wget http://repo.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux/sources/cln/centos2cl &&
    sh centos2cl -k <activation_key> &&
    reboot

  • Please adjust the items outlined in BOLD above.
  • After the server has been rebooted, please run the following (via SSH):

    yum install mod_hostinglimits &&
    yum update httpd vixie-cron

  • Please allow a few moments for the Yum process to complete fully.

Once this entire process has been completed, your customers will not be allowed to over use their resources on your Linux server.
