Should you be getting a blank page when trying to access your RVSiteBuilder Manager, you will need to run a few commands within Linux to resolve this issue. Please follow the step-by-step directions outlined below for your convenience:

  • Login to your cPanel/WHM Virtual/Dedicated server via SSH
  • Next, run the following command within Linux:

    # /scripts/makecpphp

  • Please allow for a few minutes for this to complete!

If the aforementioned process doesn’t resolve the error, please follow the alternative step-by-step directions indicated below for your convenience:

  • Login to your cPanel/WHM Virtual/Dedicated server via SSH
  • Then, run the following command within SSH:

    cd /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/ &&
    rm -rf /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/ &&
    rm -f rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar &&
    wget http://download.rvglobalsoft.com/rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar &&
    tar -xvf rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar &&
    chmod 755 addon_rvsitebuilder.cgi &&
    rm -f rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar &&
    perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi

  • Please allow for a few minutes for the process to complete.

Upon completion for the aforementioned process, you should now be able to login to your RVSiteBuilder Manager without any problems.
