You are unable to upload larger files within your Plesk SiteBuilder due to a PHP restriction that is placed within a configuration file. To increase the limit on the size of the uploads please follow the step-by-step directions outlined below.

  • Login to your Virtual/Dedicated server via SSH
  • Next, run the following command within Linux:

    # vi /etc/php.ini

  • Upon editing, please locate the following line:

    upload_max_filesize=3M

  • Next, make the necessary changes and save them!
  • Finally, run the following command to restart apache

    # /etc/init.d/httpd restart

Upon completion, you should now have your new settings applied. You will now be able to upload skins, templates, logos and other multimedia via your Plesk SiteBuilder.
