How do I manually force Softaculous to update its scripts?

The process for updating your Softaculous installation manually within your virtual/dedicated server is quite easy; the entire process shouldn’t take longer than a few minutes. Please follow the step-by-step directions outlined below.

How to update Softaculous manually within cPanel:

• Login to your Virtual/Dedicated server via WHM
• Locate the sections entitled "Plugins" and next click on:

  Softaculous – Instant Installs

• Once under this section click on "Updates"
• If an update is available, a button will appear entitled "Update Softaculous"
• Click on the "Update Softaculous" button to initial the update process.

How to update Softaculous manually in other control panels:
