How do I install Softaculous within my InterWorx server?

The overall installation process of Softaculous within your InterWorx server is quite easy and should only take a few minutes to complete. Nonetheless, we’ve made a step-by-step guide on how to complete the installation process correctly.

Please note this tutorial assumes that you already have IonCube loaders installed within your InterWorx server. If not, please ensure that you complete the IonCube installation prior to continuing with this tutorial.

Installing Softaculous via SSH:

• Login to your InterWorx VPS/Dedicated server via SSH
• Next, type the following command via SSH:

  cd /usr/local &&
  wget -N http://www.softaculous.com/iwx/install_softaculous.php &&
  chmod 755 install_softaculous.php &&
  /home/interworx/bin/php /usr/local/install_softaculous.php

• The installer will now commence and provide you with the installation status

Upon the installation process completing, the Softaculous auto-installer will be ready to be used within your InterWorx server.
