Why am I unable to access DirectAdmin after the installation?

If you are unable to access your DirectAdmin administrative interface, this is more than likely because the port is blocked. The process to unblock this port is relatively easy; so please, follow the step-by-step directions outlined below:

  • Login to your DirectAdmin Virtual/Dedicated server via SSH
  • Run the following command within on Linux:

    iptables -F &&
    service iptables stop &&
    chkconfig iptables off

  • Please try to access your DirectAdmin once again
