How do I upgrade/update Installatron?

In most cases, you’ll never need to force Installatron to update, as it’s always updated via the cron jobs or Windows Task Scheduler. Nonetheless, in those rare cases where a forced upgrade is required, please see the step-by-step directions outlined below for your convenience:

How-to update your Installatron via SSH:

• Login to your server via SSH (Secure Shell Access)
• Next, run the following Linux/Unix command:

  wget http://data1.liquenox.com/installatron/installatron_setup.sh &&
  chmod 755 installatron_setup.sh && ./installatron_setup.sh -f

• Please allow for a few moments to complete.

How-to update your Installatron via RDP:

• Login to your Windows server as an Administrator via RDP
• Next, download/run the following .exe file ("Run as administrator"):

  # http://data1.installatron.com/installatron/installatron_setup.exe

• Please follow the steps as they are outlined within the installation process
