Why do I get a blank page when trying to access RVSkin?

While errors are rare when trying to access RVSkin, you may find that it happens. Please follow the step-by-step directions indicated below, to try to resolve this issue.

Updating the RVSkin installer via SSH:

  • Login to your Virtual/Dedicated server via SSH
  • Next, run the following Linux command via SSH

    # rm -f /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/rvversion && perl /root/rvadmin/

  • Please allow for the aforementioned process to complete

Adjusting the settings within your WHM:

  • Login to your Virtual/Dedicated server via WHM
  • Next, locate the "Server Confgiuration" section
  • Once located, click on "Tweak Settings" and then onto the "System" tab
  • From within the "System" tab, find the following:

    Accounts that can access a cPanel user account

  • Finally, enable the below-mentioned option and click "Save" to apply:

    Root, Account-Owner, and cPanel User
