How do I configure my servers within WHMCS?

Configuring your WHMCS to provision web hosting accounts on your servers isn’t complicated. However, it does require a few simple processes to be completed. Please follow the step-by-step directions outlined below for your convenience.

Adding a new server to WHMCS:

• Login to your WHMCS Admin Area
• Next, go to the "Setup" and onto "Products & Services" then onto "Servers"
• Within the "Servers" section, click on "Add New Server"
• Input all the required information for the following sections:

• Add Server
• Nameservers
• Server Details

• Once ready, simply click on "Save Changes" to add the new server!

Adding the server to a WHMCS server group:

While this step is optional, we do strongly recommend doing this. Setting up a server group will allow you to define the server fill priority and to be able to more easily manage multiple locations. Please see below:

• Login to your WHMCS Admin Area
• Next, go to the "Setup" and onto "Products & Services" then onto "Servers"
• Within the "Servers" section, click on "Create Server Group"
• Next, input the "name" of the group, and the "Fill Type" and "Servers"
• Once done, simply click on "Save Changes" to apply!
