How would I change the IP my WHMSonic is licensed on?

The process for switching out the IP address that your WHMSonic is licensed to is quite easy, and literally only takes a couple of seconds. Please follow the step-by-step directions outlined below for your convenience:

Please be advised that for WHMSonic to successfully switch to the new IP address, that your server must be fully licensed with cPanel/WHM prior to making the switch.

• Please go to the contact us section of our website
• Fill in all the relevant information needed
• Next, please indicate the following information:

  Current WHMSonic Licensed IP:
  New WHMSonic Licensed IP:

• Finally, click the "Submit Form" button

Once submitted, you should receive an email reply within a few minutes with your request ID. Please use the request ID to follow up for status if needed.
